The restaurant Le Corsaire located at the Port des Pêcheurs in Biarritz, is renowned for its great diversity of fish which it offers to taste alone, two or even six on certain large pieces.

Here you can also taste the real chipiron, the chorizo knives, a local Manex ham, a fish tartare of the day or the famous white tuna from our ribs.

Meat lovers will not be disappointed: a home-made rib steak or lomo will satisfy the most carnivorous.

And to finish with a patxaran tiramisu, a Basque cider cheese cake or simply a homemade chocolate mousse.
