La Ferme du Brouquets

Located in the small hamlet of Bilhères en Ossau, in the Ossau Valley, welcome to discover our cheeses!

We'll be happy to introduce you to our farm and our 150 ewes. Cheese is sold on site: tome de brebis, petit Brouquets (Camembert-style) and greuil on weekends from December to the end of June. You'll need to make an appointment to be sure of finding us, but we're never far from the farm.

Ferme du Brouquets also sells suckling lamb, which you can order in advance.
