In the heart of Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, every day we make our mini cannelés for aperitif, snack or dessert, with a focus on fresh local produce. Depending on the market of the day, you'll discover the different varieties we make on site throughout the day. We work in the traditional way, and each of our cannelés requires special attention, from the choice of our raw materials, to hand-cutting them, filling each mold individually, baking them precisely and delicately, unmolding them and finally tasting them. The factory is open every day from early April to late December. We look forward to welcoming you and showing you our work and culinary creations.
