Visite guidée du moulin communal d'Arette

The Arette Community Mill offers fascinating guided tours every Monday at 6:00 p.m. in July and August.

First recorded by Gaston Fébus in 1385, this 14th-century mill is one of the oldest in Arette. It is located near the fronton, on the road to Issor, just a few steps from the village center, on a branch of the Virgou stream. The municipality purchased it, restored it, and put it to use for educational and tourism purposes. Visitors can explore its late-Medieval architectural features, its bread oven, as well as the lush setting of the Calvaire Woods and a stroll along the Virgou.
