Guided tour of the open-air Basque pig nursery, and presentation of our Ham Gallery. You'll discover the story of how Pierre Oteiza and a handful of breeders saved a breed threatened with extinction.
Enjoy an hour-long visit followed by a tasting session.
Two visit times: 10:30 am and 3:30 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes in advance.
Bring closed shoes, prefer baby carriers to strollers, and keep dogs on a leash.
The tour does not include a lunch reservation.
