This cheese dairy is located in Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, a stone's throw from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port. It's a family-run, artisanal cheese factory producing 100% ewe's milk. Production and maturing take place on site. There's also a store for direct sales. You can also visit the workshop and cellars. Program: welcome, presentation of the cheese dairy, descent into the visit gallery (via stairs, no disabled access): view of the production room and cellars, explanations, followed by a moment of discussion and product tasting. Reservations required, minimum 6 people. Tours at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m.
