The Tambourin family lives at Enautenea Farm, in the heart of the inland Basque Country. The large, Bas-Navarra-style dwelling has seen several generations since the 18th century. The surrounding meadows and mountain pastures are ideal for growing grass and raising dairy sheep. The PDO Ossau-Iraty cheese produced here is the very expression of the terroir.
