Welcome in the courtyard. Presentation of the farm?s history and development. Explanation of our different labels: BIO, Idoki and AOP Ossau-Iraty. Visit the farm buildings. Meet the animals. Follow the milk's journey from the milking parlour to the ripening room, with an explanation of the cheese recipe (no direct processing, as our ewes don't produce milk during the summer). Tasting of our cheeses. Questions and answers. Possibility of purchase in our small store. We are happy to welcome you to the farm two afternoons a week for a guided tour. Please book in advance.
