From 5:30pm, embark on a unique and immersive experience at the pace of Pyrenean shepherds.

Share a rare moment: go and find the ewes in the summer pastures, take part in their sorting, watch them being milked and discover the secrets of farmhouse cheese-making. Learn all about the goats, ewes, herding dogs? and the passionate daily lives of those who perpetuate this ancestral know-how.

On the program: meet the animals and immerse yourself in pastoral life, learn about the shepherd's trade and artisanal cheese-making, and take part in everyday tasks (sorting, milking, care, etc.)

And to round off the evening in style: a generous and convivial farm meal!
