5pm, guided tour of the village with a Gramont guard or Dame Annie (meet at the entrance to the château grounds).

6 p.m., "Join Jeanne d'Albret's bodyguard" animation: "square of pikemen, battle lines, trials with 16th-century weapons, swordplay for children and audience participation.

7pm, historical show (starts at 7:30pm). Staging of major events that took place at Château de Gramont from 1266 to 1856 (facts verified) with 112 volunteers, professional cavalry and master falconers. Over 500 period costumes will transport you through the centuries. Reservations strongly recommended. Simulcast in Basque, Occitan (by reservation), written translations in Spanish and English.

9pm, catering (and from 4pm).

10:30pm, fireworks.
