A 3-day, 2-night weekend getaway in Béarn (location revealed upon booking), for women exhausted by the mental strain of daily life who want to unwind. This is a weekend in a cozy retreat where kindness, relaxation, and culinary delights come together. A moment for yourself in an idyllic setting, away from family obligations and the daily rush.

Three rejuvenating days to discover practical tools for lightening the mental load associated with food, along with fun and hands-on workshops (intuitive cooking, baking, positive psychology, and Zen organization).

All meals are included: from dinner on Friday evening through lunch on Sunday at noon (breakfasts, all-you-can-eat fruit, lunches, dinners). All meals are organic and locally sourced.
