Saison de "Jazz à Pau" : Stochelo & Mozes Rosenberg Trio - Gypsy Guitar Magic

The Stochelo & Mozes Rosenberg Trio is one of the most iconic groups in contemporary gypsy jazz, carrying on the legacy of Django Reinhardt. Led by guitarist Stochelo Rosenberg, the trio displays the virtuosity and elegance that have earned it an international reputation.

The seamless interplay between the two guitarists—who serve as both soloists and accompanists—creates a rich and fluid dynamic, supported by precise and warm double bass. Their repertoire blends gypsy jazz standards, original compositions, and inspired reinterpretations.

As part of the program, the trio also pays a poetic tribute to Charlie Chaplin through the famous theme “Smile,” reimagined in a sensitive and luminous swing arrangement.
