Randonnée : l'isard des Pyrénées

Ramondia is a group of mountain guides from the Basque Country who will take you on a hike to discover the secrets that nestle at the foot of the Pic d'Orhi in Soule.

A cousin of the chamois, the isard is not very common in the Basque Country. However, there is a well-established population at Pic d'Orhi. During a short hike, we'll take you on a discreet tour of the biology and ecology of this species during its breeding season. After an hour's walk, we'll take the time to observe them in their natural habitat without disturbing them. This is an easy 4.6 km hike with a 270 m ascent, suitable for children aged 6 and over.
