A small nocturnal mammal with leopard-like fur and a ringed tail, the agile genet hides at the foot of the foothills, in the crevices of the Pyrenean foothills. With no fixed home, except during pregnancy, the genet sleeps during the day, clinging to trees or nestled among the rocks. As the seasons pass, amid hedgerows, forests, cliffs, and rivers, this discreet predator and formidable climber coexists with other species, trying to escape human sight.
