After a seven-week itinerary across Euskal Herri, both north and south, the Mugan project has now culminated in a documentary film retracing this extraordinary human and geographical adventure. Prepared in advance by six months of cartographic work to follow the border as closely as possible, the journey was made on foot, by bike and by packraft.

The authors also took kayak training at the SPUC in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, supplemented by a packraft course in the Alps, in order to carry out this project in the best possible conditions.

The film brings this experience to life through meticulous editing by Mikel Erramouspé, whose contribution was essential.
