10am to 6pm: Madiran, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh wine tasting...

10am: "Mon Madiran à Moi" game. Create your own Madiran cuvée. Form your team and immerse yourself in the art of blending. A jury will be on hand to select the best

blend. Winners will go home with a "Famille Laplace" barrel and a box of wine per player. Other mini-games will spice up the workshop, with even more prizes in store.

12:30 pm: a convivial gourmet lunch with the Laplace family. Enjoy signature dishes prepared by guest chefs: Chez Cabeillou (Orthez), On Egin (Pau), Les Pyrénées (Pau), including cheese and dessert. A unique moment of conviviality and gourmandise, where flavors and wines meet with elegance.

3:30pm: announcement of the winners of "Mon Madiran à Moi".
