Cocktails workshop.

3pm: start of the competition. Local chefs compete to win the title of best pintxo of Iparralde 2026.

This professional gastronomic competition will elect the best gastronomic pintxo, and the winners will go on to represent the French Basque Country at the final of the Euskal Herria pintxo championship.
