Discreet, frightening, furtive, venomous - these are the adjectives often attributed to snakes, which are little-known and yet hated. They have been the object of destruction campaigns and are still mistreated despite their protected status. Yet they play an essential role in the balance and health of ecosystems.

Saligues are places of refuge for them, where they find peace, food and the opportunity to reproduce. Learning to know them is also learning to protect them.
