Tour of the dairy farm where Lait-petits-b%E9arnais cows are raised. We’ll take this opportunity to try our hand at making cheese. We’ll learn about herding dog training. The farm is run using agroecological methods, so we’ll immerse ourselves in these techniques and practices that are gentle

on nature and our health.
