To close the festival, the Ballet de l?Opéra National de Bordeaux celebrates the renewal of Ballet with works by some of the most exciting choreographers on the international scene. A joyful end to the festival, in which the Ballet reinvents itself and asserts itself more contemporary than ever.

Three major figures on the contemporary choreographic scene: the Basque-Italian duo Iratxe Ansa and Igor Bacovich, the German Marco Goecke and the British Christopher Wheeldon, three exciting choreographers, three colors and three ambitions for the Ballet?s future. The three works explore a register that intimately links academic technique and abstraction.
