L'Europe et la crise du multilatéralisme

From the stages in the formation of multilateralism (since the 17th century) to current economic and structural difficulties, via the UN crisis and current attempts at reform, Alain Le Roy will present and illustrate each of these points through the positions and contributions of the European Union.
Alain Le Roy is a graduate engineer from the École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris and holds an agrégation in economics and management.
After ten years as an engineer in oil exploration and production, he joined the public service as a sub-prefect, then as a referendary advisor at the Cour des Comptes.
