For this open house, the heir millers, from father to daughter, will show you how a water mill works, with a visit to the dyke (300m away) that feeds the mill canal, and the different stages of production: from sowing their wheat to grinding flour on granite millstones powered by their water mill. This cultural heritage steeped in history will take you back to the time of the Seigneurs, right up to the present day.
