6:30 a.m.: The first bus departs from Noguères, stopping at Mourenx, Lagor, and Biron.

6:30 a.m.: The second bus departs from Ozenx, then stops at the community centers in Loubieng and Biron.

During this day, you’ll discover the artisanal production of various stone-ground flours at the Compayrot mill. Visitors will also find farm-pressed oils, as well as green lentils and dried beans. Bread will be baked on site. Afterward, you can visit the farm-brewed beer brewery at L’Esbariade, where you’ll be able to purchase all kinds of beers.

A meal will be served at the Compayrot Mill farm.
