Initiation à la pelote basque

Initiation takes place on the Mauléon fronton, or in the trinquet in case of rain.

Philippe, sports educator and pelota player, will introduce you to Basque pelota and four of its specialities:

- the bare hand,

- the xare (Argentinian racket),

- the pala ancha,

- the chister (plastic chistera).

Suitable for ages 5 to 97. Reservations required at the Tourist Office.
