All day: refreshments with Toros y Peñas and La Lidia

11 a.m., Arènes du Pesqué: Novillada featuring the El Palmeral ranch

1:00 p.m.: Bodega des Arènes, Feria menu offered by Sol de España and Arroz y Tapas featuring jamón and embutidos, paella “land and sea,” and dessert.

Grill workshops, assorted tapas, sandwiches...

6:00 p.m.: Bullfight. Two bull ranches: Desafío Dolores Aguirre and Raso de Portillo.

Featuring the bullfighters Damián Castaño, Francisco Montero, and Cristian Pérez.

6:30 PM to 9:30 PM: Street parade, flea market, and brass band—a danceable repertoire featuring funk, blues, and reggae, as well as reimagined classics

11:00 PM: Fireworks display from the Moncade Tower
