All day in the streets: gastronomic and craft fair. Festival of bandas and musicians in the village. Free activities to discover the Espelette chili pepper at the chili pepper interpretation center.
10am, church: solemn mass with the Espelette choir and the Ezpeletarrak brass band. Blessing of the peppers, followed by a parade of brotherhoods. 12pm, théâtre de verdure: induction ceremony. Presentation of the "prix piment 2025".
