Festival de Jazz - Soirée Créole Groove
Les Bretons Sensibles ? Biguine / Zouk / Sega. Les Bretons Sensibles blend Breton poetry and tropical rhythms in festive music that travels from the English Channel to Bourbon Island and the Pacific atolls. Somewhere between biguine, zouk and sega, their danceable melodies evoke both Breton sea spray and trade winds. Legend has it that in the 17th century, their music was so popular in the villages that their balls were banned.
22h30 ? Rodolphe Lauretta "Kreolia" feat. Napoleon ? New Creole scene. Mazurka, soca and traditional Creole music meet jazz, broken beat, funk, hip-hop and RnB in a modern, complex and festive groove. A free, inventive fusion nourished by the composer's multiple influences.
