Born in Germont, Corrèze, in 1925, she took over her parents? farm and wrote about her native Limousin in both French and Limousin Occitan. Ethnographic studies, poems, plays, short stories, psalms - she occupies a singular place in the archipelago of contemporary Occitan poetry, leaving a colossal body of work that this exhibition sets out to explore, through numerous extracts from her texts.
