Exposition : Majic Matwo x Mavros

The MaTwo crew is the duo formed by Majic and Mavros, two graffiti artists rooted in street art culture, inspired as much by the imaginations of big cities as by those of the rural areas where they have lived and traveled. From these experiences emerges a unique perspective: attuned to life, landscapes, flora, and fauna, while remaining deeply rooted in pop culture and urban art. At first glance, these worlds seem to be opposites. Yet they create a dialogue and a clash between them in works where nature and culture meet through the medium of spray paint, emblematic of hip-hop culture. Their styles resonate and complement each other to shape a lively and vibrant visual language, where the raw energy of street art meets the poetic power of the natural world.
