The storytelling, the harp, and the singing come together to explore, with poetry and sensitivity, the themes of difference and emancipation.
From a very young age, Ascal becomes aware of her difference. At first a problem, it becomes an asset; then, when it is set aside, the question of identity arises.
Music plays a central role, allowing the story to incorporate music, singing, and various instruments.
At the end of the performance, children can explore the instruments and play with the artist.
