Concert Festiorgues : Viva Italia par Gabriele Agrimonti

For the first time in Urrugne, we invite Gabriele Agrimonti, titular of the historic organ of the national church of Saint-Louis-des-Français, in Rome. This brilliant young Italian organist trained with the greatest masters at the Parma and Paris Conservatoires. He has enjoyed a successful international career, gaining particular acclaim for his unrivalled improvisational skills, which stem from his mastery of harmonic science... and his deeply felt musicality!

His all-Italian program is based on his own transcriptions of opera arias by Puccini and Verdi?s formidable Requiem, complemented by variations by Marc Enrico Bossi, the great Italian Romantic composer... Not forgetting his own improvisations, on themes suggested by the audience.
