Alain KRAFT, a bourgeois man of modest origins, comes to make a cash withdrawal at his bank. But the bank’s new Indian management has frozen his account and refuses to let him leave, accusing him of breaking the law by becoming wealthy and “changing castes.” Caught between administrative absurdity and class struggle, his day turns into a nightmare… a very by-the-book one.
