In the American West, devastated by raging fires, Dusty sees his ranch destroyed by flames. He finds refuge in a makeshift camp and slowly begins to make sense of his life again. Surrounded by people who, like him, have lost everything, unexpected bonds are forged. Buoyed by the hope of reconnecting with his daughter and ex-wife, he gradually rediscovers the will to rebuild his life.
