Mathias is a teacher who has finally secured a transfer to his daughter’s middle school. However, as soon as he arrives, he learns that his German class is being shut down due to a lack of students. He then decides to organize a trip to Germany to encourage the teenagers to choose the language, and to fund it, he turns to Iris, the head of the local sister city committee. The catch is that Mathias is a Spanish teacher. Between Mathias, who doesn’t speak a word of German, the struggling teens, and an irrational Iris, the school trip is shaping up to be utter chaos. Yet nothing will stop him from becoming the father his daughter no longer expects… and to achieve his goal, he’ll have to become awesome!
