Led by a cultural mediator, this creative parent-child workshop will teach participants how to make their own thaumatrope—an optical toy featuring two distinct images that, when spun rapidly, trick the eye and create the illusion that they are merging.
We’ll make a heart shape appear in the palm of two hands, or the necks of two swans.
