In 1992, a handful of friends from the Basque region of Hendaye, Ciboure, Saint Jean de Luz, Itxassou and Ascain decided to pool their passion for traditional Basque singing and created the vocal group AIREZ.

Ever since, we've been singing about the love of a land and a cultural identity in a spirit of sharing and encounter.
