Balade avec un berger à Iraty

Morning discovery of the shepherd's trade at Iraty with Jean Michel, shepherd. Meal based on local farm produce. A 5 km walk accessible to all able-bodied people. After a 40-minute climb to reach the flock, Jean Michel will show you how to position yourself to lead the flock down to the coral. Those who wish to do so will be able to take part in the count and closely follow the care of the ewes. The group will enjoy an aperitif and a meal based on local farm produce.
