Spend an afternoon discovering the secrets behind some of our region’s greatest classics: blueberry pie, blueberry tart, and Basque cake.
In the warm and authentic atmosphere of Étape en Barétous, these workshops are above all opportunities for sharing, learning, and fellowship. Each participant bakes their own treat, enjoys a delicious break, and leaves with their cake, the recipes, and a genuine taste of local expertise.
