I'm a master hypnosis & NLP practitioner, mental coach and personal development coach. I practice many sports such as: weight training, stand up paddle, mountain biking, Thai boxing, surfing and yoga. I came back to live in France with the covid crisis and I took the opportunity to train myself in mental health.

Today, I've developed my business in Hendaye. All my training courses enable me to work either on the consequence of a problem or on the cause behind it (there's always a cause). The themes I'm most often asked to address are: fears or phobias, self-confidence, behavioral change, addictions, stress management, emotional management, pain, trauma?

Single fee of 60 euros per consultation.
