5km south of Pau, Gan is an old Béarnaise bastide with an interesting heritage.

You can see the old bastide gate and some well restored historic houses. The town is crossed by two rivers, one of which is the Neez, where you will find the picnic area. It is a pleasant area, you will be by the water, in the grass and flowerbeds, quiet and yet 100m from the center of town.
