The restaurant has known how to keep its rustic style combining exposed stone walls and subdued lighting, thus giving an intimate atmosphere.

The two partners, Sébastien in the dining room and Olivier in the kitchen, play on gastronomy. In the dining room, Sébastien offers a wine list with 70 references where mix local wines, Bordelais, Côtes du Rhône, Chile, Spain... Olivier, in the kitchen, has prepared a seasonal menu because he is only working with fresh and high-quality products (for example, the Aranda lamb). Chef Olivier Foussard was awarded the official title of “Maitre Restaurateur”.
