Our restaurant is located in the Hédas, a historical district of Pau with a Béarn charm, 100m from the Henry IV castle.

We cook only with seasonal products. Our cuisine is fun, without superfluous, tasty and greedy. We offer a bistronomic atmosphere in a warm setting. An address to be tested urgently.
