This new Basque brewery with a contemporary, very Spanish setting is run by the owners of Bodega La Plancha. Influences from there and products from here!!! The beautiful plates frolic with freshness between land and sea: lentil salad and fresh fried liver escalope, octopus carpaccio, fresh tuna and guacamole tartar as well as fresh scallops, lacquered tuna loin in season, koskera hake, lamb's mouse and finally homemade Basque cake.
