The indispensables: velouté of vegetables, marinated salmon, oysters, tapas, cold meats, baby squid, peppers, fish straight from the fish auctions, andouillettes, Occitan lamb. Desserts are home-made Dance evenings and sporting events on screen throughout the year. And all in a very trendy atmosphere whilst keeping its original art deco look.
