Located in Béarn, just outside Pau, the Cueillette de l'Aragnon bistro welcomes you to its 15-hectare estate, where you can pick your own fruit and vegetables.

Freshly picked vegetables and seasonal fruit will be magnified by young chef Henri. Passionate about cooking since his early childhood, a jack-of-all-trades and an adventurer at heart, he has evolved through his gastronomic and bistronomic experiences, and today offers a convivial, inquisitive cuisine centered around vegetables. Every lunchtime, you can enjoy one of two "world dishes" inspired by the chef's travels. The menu changes every week according to the produce available in the fields.
