L'atelier de l'ours

This artisan biscuit factory is on the outskirts of Monein, a village in the heart of the Jurançon AOC region and close to the famous church of St.Girons. It produces a wide range of biscuits. The flavours are up to the minute and they are made in partnership with local producers without additives or preservatives. Whether sweet (madeleines, cookies, meringues) or savoury (crispy with Espelette pepper), the biscuits are perfect for any special occasion and also make perfect gifts.
