Délices du moment

Délice du moment is a wooden hut located on Place Sainte Eugénie in Biarritz. All our products are local and artisanal. Our aim is to highlight the richness of the Basque region. In collaboration with various local producers, we want to contribute to the development of the region!

The ice creams and sorbets we offer contain only 20% natural air incorporated during the manufacturing process. In comparison, industrial ice creams generally contain 50% air. Our ice creams are therefore more compact, creamier and stronger in flavor. Even an amateur can taste the difference.
