Located in the heart of town at 12 Rue Port de Castets, ?Le Janine? closed its doors last March.

The local institution has been replaced by a new establishment from Burgers de Colette, giving a new lease of life to this South-Western landmark. From now on, Bayonnais will be able to discover the range of burgers with retro and unusual names such as Colette, or Yvette, all prepared with fresh French produce. The food will be available to take away or to eat in, in a friendly atmosphere. The adventure of Les Burgers de Colette is the story of a family from the South-West of France, united around the character of "Auntie Colette", this crazy lover of burgers made with good produce. It's through this sincere, warm-hearted, funny, quirky, retro, kitschy and above all gourmet character that the three friends decided to open a restaurant specializing in burgers.
