Txotx Gunea, the central area of our cider house, is home to the "kupela", the large barrels where the cider is processed and stored. This is where txotx takes place, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Much more than just a cider house, it's a vibrant cultural space that immerses you in a warm atmosphere.
