Restaurant run by Émilie in the kitchen and Vincent in the dining room, seasonal cuisine with a short menu, lunchtime specials Tuesday to Friday. Bistrot Simonne pays homage to Émilie's paternal grandmother, with whom she acquired a taste for cooking and pastry-making, hence the signature dessert "Gâteau de Semoule", vintage crockery and atmosphere for a pleasant moment.
